From Individual Parts to a Complete Lamp.
Every rechargeable table lamp is assembled through a controlled production process. Electronic modules, battery systems, metal hardware, light sources and decorative parts are checked together to ensure stable structure, reliable function and consistent appearance.
Lampshade and Final Structure Installation
The decorative lampshade is fitted to the assembled lamp structure and checked for alignment, stability and visual consistency. This stage brings the internal electrical system and exterior design together as one complete product.
Control Board Installation
The electronic control board is securely positioned inside the lamp base and connected to the internal wiring before further assembly.

Battery Installation

Metal Tube Installation

01 Can ANYAO manufacture both complete table lamps and individual components?
Yes. We support complete rechargeable table lamp manufacturing as well as individual component development. This can include metal lamp bodies, decorative hardware, plastic housings, battery packs, charging modules, LED boards, touch-control systems, wiring and private-label packaging.
02 Can you develop lamp components from our drawings or reference samples?
Yes. You can provide a 2D drawing, 3D file, reference sample, product photograph or design concept. Our team will review the dimensions, materials, surface finish, assembly method and expected order quantity before confirming a suitable production route.
03 Can the battery, charging system and operating time be customized?
Yes. Battery capacity, charging input, operating time and protection requirements can be reviewed according to the lamp power, available internal space and target application.
Final battery specifications must be confirmed together with the LED output, driver, charging board and complete lamp structure.
04 Do you support custom LED boards and touch-dimming functions?
Yes. We can review custom LED boards, charging PCBAs, touch-control modules, step dimming, stepless dimming and multiple color-temperature functions.
The final solution depends on the product structure, battery configuration, required brightness and target market.
05 Which materials and surface finishes are available?
Available options can include aluminum, steel, brass, ABS, PC and other project-specific materials. Surface treatments may include polishing, spray painting, powder coating, electroplating, matte finishes, gloss finishes and custom color matching.
Surface requirements are confirmed through samples before mass production.
06 How do you control quality during lamp assembly?
Quality control is carried out at both component and complete lamp levels. Inspection can cover component dimensions, assembly fit, wiring, battery positioning, charging function, touch response, LED output, dimming, structural stability and visible surface quality.
The finished lamp is checked as a complete operating system, rather than evaluating each component separately.
07 Can you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. Sample development is recommended before bulk production. The sample can be used to confirm appearance, dimensions, assembly structure, surface finish, battery performance, lighting function and packaging details.
Sample cost and development time depend on whether new molds, tooling, custom electronics or special finishes are required.
08 What is the minimum order quantity for a custom project?
The MOQ depends on the degree of customization. Projects using existing structures with custom colors, logos or packaging normally have different quantity requirements from projects requiring new molds, custom metal parts or specially developed electronic modules.

09 Can you provide environmental or compliance documents?
Compliance support must be confirmed according to the specific model, bill of materials and target market. Depending on the actual configuration, we can review relevant RoHS, REACH or other project-related documentation.
Different batteries, drivers, power supplies, materials and electronic components may affect the final documentation. Please confirm the destination market before production.
10 Do you support private-label packaging and export cartons?
Yes. We can support custom color boxes, instruction manuals, labels, barcodes, protective inserts and export cartons. Packaging is reviewed according to the lamp size, product structure, shipping method and customer branding requirements.
