SKD Saucer Cordless Table Lamp: Modular Kit with Tiered Disc Head

SKD saucer cordless table lamp kit (T028 SKD) – a stepped, tiered aluminium disc head with a circular ring diffuser that spreads a 360-degree glare-free wash across the table. The disc shoulders act as locating seats, so the ring diffuser lands at the correct depth every time and light output stays consistent from batch to batch. Light engine: high-CRI SMD LEDs, 2700K-3000K warm white, CRI over 90, stepless touch dimming built into the disc head. Cell: Grade-A lithium-ion 1800mAh-2600mAh with PCM protection, shipped with UN38.3 and MSDS documents. Beenden: anodised or brushed aluminium passing 48-hour neutral salt spray testing. Packing: ISTA-1A drop-tested SKD cartons, 2.5x-3x more units per container than assembled lamps, local assembly under 120 seconds without soldering. MOQ from 500 units, sampling 5-7 days, steel mould 20-25 days. Pair it with the round disc parts kit for spares and volume programmes.
